Product Description

Tri-n-butyl Citrate is an excellent plasticizer for both cellulosic derivatives and vinyl resins. It provides improved light stability when used in cellulose acetate. Tri-n-butyl Citrate is also an excellent de-foaming agent in protein solutions. Tri-n-butyl Citrate does not support fungal growth.

The Pharmaceutical Grade (sold as TBC, NF) meets all the requirements as listed in the US Pharmacopeia / National Formulary.
