It is white powder, ultra-fine and ultra-thin, UL94VTM-0 grade, non-absorbent, extremely fine particle size and narrow distribution, high hydrophobicity, high temperature resistance and non-migration phosphorus-containing flame retardant. Due to the special processing technology and surface modification technology, it is mainly used in ultra-thin electronic adhesives, epoxy resin plastic sealants (ultra-thin flexible printed circuit boards, ultra-thin epoxy copper clad plates), and electronic inks.
