Butadiene and acrylonitrile are obtained by emulsion polymerization. Butadiene and acrylonitrile are mainly produced by low temperature emulsion polymerization method. Butadiene rubber has excellent oil resistance, high wear resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion. Its disadvantage is low temperature resistance, ozone resistance, poor insulation performance, slightly low elasticity. NBR is mainly used to manufacture oil-resistant rubber products. NBR, a synthetic rubber made by copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is a synthetic rubber with good oil resistance (especially alkane oil) and aging resistance. There are five kinds of acrylonitrile content (%) in NBR: 42 ~ 46, 36 ~ 41, 31 ~ 35, 25 ~ 30, 18 ~ 24. The higher the acrylonitrile content, the better oil resistance, but the corresponding decrease in cold resistance. It can be used in air at 120℃ or in oil at 150℃ for a long time. In addition, it also has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent bonding performance. Widely used in the production of various kinds of oil-resistant rubber products, gaskets, bushing, flexible packaging, flexible hose, printing and dyeing cots, cable adhesive materials, etc., in the automotive, aviation, petroleum, photocopying and other industries become an essential elastic material.
